A new cast-in-place concrete cut-and-cover wine cave and winery building. The wine cave has a peaked crown with groin vaulted ceilings at intersections, and a main room with four supporting columns. The winery building sits with its main floor elevation approximately 8-feet below grade and has ceilings up to nearly 20-feet tall. An Italian artisan and designer used marble, antique brick, mosaics, and hand-crafted iron work throughout the building. This work was completed by Sash Williams while employed by J.M. Turner Engineering.
