Williams Associates Engineering (WAE) was founded in May of 2007 by Alexander ('Sash') Williams. While the majority of our work at WAE is based in Mendocino, Sonoma, and Napa counties, we are licensed in many other states throughout the country (please click here for a list). We are committed to providing high quality engineering services, completed on time and within budget. We measure our own success on the success and satisfaction of our clients. As such, we take a personal interest in every one of our projects, from inception and design, on through permitting and project completion. We strongly feel that this dedication is the reason that our clientele is made up primarily of direct reference and repeat clients.

As an engineering company, we strive to design structures that are sound, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. As a locally-based company, we are committed to giving back to our local environment. We hope that through both our design work and our involvement with local organizations, we are truly helping to build a better community around us.
